BOIL 1/2 KG OF RICE FOR 10 MINUTES LET THE RICE GET COLD WHEN IT IS COLD PUT SOME SPOONS OF OLIVE OIL, ADD 1 TIN OF TUNNA ( IN SMALL PIECES), ONE MOZZARELLA ALREADY CUT VERY TINY PECES, 4 SMALL HOT DOGS( NOT COOKED,CUT IN SMALL PIECES, FINALLY ADD SOME VEGETABLES LIKE CARROTS, CABBAGES, MUSHROOMS( the ones sold in supemarkets already cut and cooked , in jars) add 4 boiled eggs cut in pieces and at the end mayonnaise as you want..... buon appetito. |

pasticcio di zucchine rita
4 zucchine 2 melanzane 2 patate piccole 2 pomodori maturi pancetta affumicata tagliata a dadini una cipolla piccola olio,sale,salvia e timo
tagliate il tutto in piccoli dadi , fate cuocere per un paio di minuti le patate e le zucchine, poi continuate la cottura aggiungento i restanti ingredienti per circa 20 minuti o di pi� a piacimento, ottimo anche servito freddo. |
