34Note well! I already wrote two pages above that the doctor in his plea pretended that he had seen me and had written a "history".(Cf. Appendix: Exhibit No. 26). Here he seems to be at cross-purposes with his lawyer: he lies that he "had seen" me, while his lawyer tries to prove that his client did not see me and "had nothing to do with the internment of Dr. Delev." The moral: there are no perfect liars in this world.
