225Although the judge's French is flawless, but precisely because he understood the psychiatrists' language, it is obvious he used all his grandiloquence to cover up for the evildoers. This note and many other parts of the judgment are written in a manner which suggests the judge is ignorant. (It is worthwhile to read the entire judgment to see the judge's cunning intentions). In the previous note (Cf. Exhibit No. 19) Dr. Juretic wrote that I am "not psychotic", and here the judge quotes the psychiatrist stating that "he is signing for voluntary treatment." Therefore, further confinement and "the suggested disciplinary policy," would be -- according to the law and common sense -- out of question. I must repeat, the judge's French is good, but his reasoning or ethical standards are erroneous! Indeed there is countless compelling proof that both the psychiatrists and the judge were dishonest.
