Contrary of the impression of this letter, Mr. Rusko was in fact who changed his attitude frustrating all my efforts to bring the psychiatrists to the court. It is true that he and Dr. Divic vent to Quebec to defend me in Court of charges by my ex-wife as "an intellectually and physically not suitable" to see the children, but it turned out that both Mr. Rusko and Dr. Divic did not even enter the Courtroom. The lawyer of my ex-wife withdrew the suit, I believe because he did not have any witness to support the charges, while I had, beside Mr. Rusko and Dr. Divic, as a witnesses two respectable men:Pre Claude Lavergne and Dr. George Sotiroff, professor of Laval University. Instead to be more convincing in being myself victim of unscrupulous people and instead to be more optimistic of outcome of my case of hospitalization in court and aggressive toward the psychiatrists involved, both Dr. Divic and Me. Rusko changed their attitudes without any explanation. Both of them did not want anymore even to contact with me. Further, both of them had frustrated me in my action to hire another lawyer refusing to hand the records to me or to the prospective lawyers. Mr. Rusko asked me $5,000 for initial declaration, just to preserve time limitation for the case in the court! On other hand Dr. Divic got even hostile toward myself without reason whatsoever.
For their change I do not have particular proof. I could only speculate taking in view some circumstances. My first guess is that they were both pressed by the Yougoslavian Embassy as they had been "acquaintances" of the Embassy (Read the letter of Mr. Djukic, the Embassy secretary. On the other hand I had been already an "enemy" of Yougoslavian regime. Although many years had passed since I was in a camp for "re-education", I myself did not show any activities against Yugoslavia but in a system built on amoral basis, they are allways some zealots who keep an eye on former "enemies".The coincidence concerning the Yougoslavian Embassy being very engaged in helping me at the time when I believed Dr. Divic and Mr. Rusko sincere in helping me presents a very high probability that my guess is correct. Quite suddenly, all of their help had dissapeared at the same time. The alternative explanation is that they were bribed by psychiatrists involved in my hospitalization, wich is highly unlikely. After all, this is pure speculation as I mentionned before. The fact remains that they were not helpful.
