then you better prepare to do the time
but the most important thing to remember
don't let them turn you into something
that you will regret
for the rest of your short life
a snitch a rat an informer
for the cops and guards

It should be more than enough
that you have destroyed yourself
don't be weak and drag somebody with you
be tough and do your time
and return home as a man
with some brand new ideas to fulfill

for something you did long ago
if you have been caught in something illegal
so behave like a gangster
and not like a bastard
you can choose to close your mouth
because you are not guilty before
after the jury and judge have said so
