What can I say or do to convince you
so you finally understand
that your whole life is lost in the fog
and if you don't find the way out soon
you will die a terrible slow death
but first you will lose everything that means anything
family friends lover and all of your beloved things
and at last you will lose your hope
that you ever will find a way out of misery
and at that point you will have nothing more to live for

A fresh start is what you need
throw away that dirty needle
just do it you will only be sick for a week
or are you too weak

What can I show you or where can I take you
so you can be able to see and feel
how good this life can be if you really want it
nothing is easy in this world
but there is no need to destroy yourself totally
if you can not manage to quit on your own
there are places and caring people that will help you
but you must be willing to crawl up from the mud pool
and maybe it could be an idea if you started trying
to get into some school that you are interested in

What can I do if you continue to hide
and suffer alone with everything on your mind
I want you to know that I have seen it all and more
because I have spent all my life at the wrong side of society
and a lot of my close friends ended their lives
just because they were too proud to ask for any kind of help
so I hope that you are ready
to give your best shot and try to get a better life
before it gets too late
to rescue your dignity and your future
don't be too proud

What can I really say to convince you
that the way you live
will destroy your future completely
and every ability to recover from your abuse
will be harder to find and fulfill
if you continue mistreating your mind and body
