We got to start somewhere
and that is with ourselves
because we can not demand
that other people
shall do everything for us
we are going to do it together as a team
first then we can get some place
that is worth going to
the place of our secret dreams

If you stop
others will stop too
and how can we reach something
when we are all standing still

We have to come to an agreement soon
it is time that we stop the quarrel
over those immaterial things and causes
that has nothing to do with a good life
the time has come now
to act like grown up people should do
and to sit down and talk quietly about what we need
and we all have to be a little giving
and we also have to be a great deal forgiving
and we have to forget every outstanding debt
because from today
we shall try it all in a brand new way
we have to give up that mortal greed inside our heads
and start to live normally
we just have to do it before it gets too late
and hate takes over our existence in every day
we all know inside how we should behave
to be saved

We have no time left to look for ties that are long gone
we have to create some new ones
that are strong enough to hold everyone
and the unwilling ones
we just got to let them fall from the cliffs
because we have been waiting too long
listening to their false song
and we can not afford to wait until we get stiff
