as a reliable person
that support all the right laws
in our wonderful land
or are you one of the strange few
that can see and feel
that there is so much wrong
and that it is time
for something serious to be done
with the wrong placed power
all around
maltreating every hope of peace
where it is truly needed

What are you waiting for
that sorrow and pain will knock on your door
and make your life completely insane

Do you consider yourself
capable to give your valuable vote
without knowing what it is all about
or do you really believe in those old anecdotes
they come up with every time they want you
to select or reelect some kamerad
that is so good and knowing so well what to tell
that the real danger is down in Baghdad
and that the only thing to do
is to create teargas-bombs stunguns electric-baton's
hand-foot coofs and electric-shields for export
so we all can get a perfect senseless job

as a man of peace and not war
a man that wants everyone to have a good life
that he can be proud of and not regret
a man that despises the use of violence in every way
a man that applause's the open door politic
or are you one of those
who wants to control everyone's life
in a way that will make you bigger in your own eyes
