He is going
from bar to bar
drinking vodka
but now he is tired
because he is feeling
that he has been frozen out
from the good company
his kids won't talk at all
and he cannot sleep
with his wife any more
and his friends
won't see him again

I want to tell you one thing my friend
drinking is not good for you
it will take everything away

The things you love
don't mean anything
when you let alcohol take control
it will bring you down
and take your life slowly
listen to my advice
stay to the beer and wine
anything stronger than that
will make you insane
and you will end up
living like a bag-man
begging for food all over town
and everybody will treat you
like thrash
is this a way of life
that you really want to have
don't drink the hard stuff
be tough and say no
drink an ice cold beer
and you don't have to fear
as long as you are in control
of how much you swallow
and how many fights you have
each damned night

He is going slowly on his way
because he knows that he is closing into hell
but there is nothing to do
since alcohol destroyed every vision he had
so long ago
he is going to pieces
in every bar
