FAT MAN AND
LITTLE BOY

I never saw it happen
but I felt the waves through the air
and I heard the screaming so
so clear in my ears
and when the heat reached me
I felt an unknown fear
don't they know that it is wrong
to mess around with nuclear bombs
the United States lost their face
and now France
is doing the same mistake
and China will never rest
can't they see that they have no chance
of fooling the people of the world
because we have all heard the word

Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Fat Man and Little Boy
had a big party
Hiroshima and Nagasaki
were no more

It was not meant to happen
but a nuclear plant in Russia blew up
and a big submarine went down in smoke
to the bottom of the sea
and inside there were some beautiful rockets
meant for you and me
and in the news today they said
that a plane crashed in the ice somewhere
and that 200 people that helped
cleaning up the place
had died of cancer
because radiation was all over the crash sight
don't support the nuclear race
raise your voice and say no
if not there will never be no place for us to feel
safe and free
there will only be
the greatest misery for us all

We must behave ourselves
so it never happens again
because there is too much to lose
and time can not cure the danger
radiation really is
it will make strange affects in us
plants and every animal we need for food
so now we have to choose

I never saw it happen
but the smell of burning flesh
is stuck forever in my nose
and I pray that the fungus cloud
never will rise again
because we can not afford the very high price
