Risk of Faith, is located out of Sandwich,IL and have been together for about three years. Over those three years they have played many shows in the Chicagoland area and surrounding states which include shows in Milwaukee (Milwaukee Metalfest 2002) and a number of shows in Eau Claire, WI. Risk of Faith is made up of five members including Ryan Blanchard on lead guitar, Jordan Philp on rhythm guitar, Ryan Orr on drums, Nick Reeves on vocals, and Ken Kesselring on bass guitar. Risk of Faith has been influenced by many bands but mainly Pantera, Slayer, Superjoint Ritual, Six Feet Under, Soulfly, Hatebreed, Down, Machine Head, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice in Chains and Fear Factory etc. Over the years the band has experienced many changes but they have grown together at the same time. As the band members mature so does the band as a whole and they are ready for the world to hear what they have to say. Overall the song remains the same. |
