Tahkyn is the older brother of journalist Skye Zhen and a rookie recruit to the Neo-Earth alliance, a secret organisation that endeavours to bring about a one world government system led by one global president.
He is a cynical individual, often retorting to questions with responses that drip with sarcasm and snide elitism. He wears a range of T-shirts that either insult the person who reads them, or take aim at the world at large.
Despite this, Tahkyn is somewhat a bit of a dimwit. He has no idea that the organisation that employs him, the Neo-Earth Alliance, wants to dominate the world.
NEA agent and faux receptionist (she likes to pretend it's all not-so-secretive) Kel Kelson has a crush on Tahkyn. Tahkyn likes to flirt with Kel but has so far declined to make anythign serious out of it, leaving Kel rather frustrated.
