Kelly "Kel" Kelson is the NEA's top computer tactician and faux receptionist (she likes to believe her job in a secret base isn't so secretive) Kel's speciality is the ability to hack any computer on the planet, and get it to do anything the NEA desires without detection. The computer runs normally to the untrained eye and even the very well trained eye alike.
Kel's greates accomplishment was to hack into the US economy and instigate a fire sale which bankrupted the country, ripe for the NEA to take control.
Kel has a crush on Tahkyn Zhen and he often flirts with her. She gets frustrated that Tahkyn doesn't seem to interested in makign anything serious out of it but enjoys his attention nontheless.
