Dylan is your typical teenager with a rebellious streak. He is a regular at Life City Youth, where the circle of friends gathers. He lives for pranking and the art of pranking may very well have been invented just for him. Dylan's favourite prank is turning up to school or the youth center wearing nothing but his boxer shorts. He thinks it is most hilarious to shock people in this way! One notorious stunt involved Dylan dyeing his hair a lawn green and protesting against the "cruel and inhumane" treatment of lawns across the country. He was joking of course, but he still gets offers of support to the cause, which frustrates him to no end.
He plays guitar in his spare time and is often jamming with Sam in the center, collaborating with Sam's skills a turntabling.
