What Is Rising Sun?
Rising sun is an Anime that was concieved by me to be one of the best 9if not the best) anime to come out of new Zealand. So far, I think the best thing we've come up with is Footrot Flats, which inspired my early years, until the likes of Dragonball Z came along. Rising sun follows the adventures of 3 friends, Ceroa Jack and Evazu, as they rage against the One World Order at the end of days. Far from being the Global peaceful government, the One world order is bent on mayhem, and destruction.
When will it be Available?
I'm guessing a couple of years give or take. It really depends on wether an Anime Company will pick it up or not. I am just one guy, I don't have the resources to produce it myself. if it all goes according to the "Master Plan" then it should be in production stages as early as late next year
