| I've been devoted to the Hardy Boys ever since I found the books in a local library and read it a few years back. It's full of action and mystery that makes you glued to it for the whole day. If I have to choose favorite fictious detectives, it has to be Frank and Joe Hardy. Frank and Joe are a pair of brothers who crack mysteries whole day and night. Frank is eighteen, dark-haired, and 6' 1" tall. He's the levelheaded and clever one of the brothers. Joe is a year younger, has blonde hair and is an inch shorter. Almost opposite of Frank's personalities, he's hyper, adventurous and loves action. Sons of the famous private investigator, Fenton Hardy, the dynamic detective brothers solve cases wherever they went, sometimes not failing to get themselves into trouble (especially Joe!). Of course, they will need some help along the way, and that's where their friends come in. There are the fat Chet Morton who lives in a farm and likes to eat, active Biff Hooper who is a good boxer, Tony Prito who works in their favorite pizza parlor, Mr. Pizza, and Phil Cohen, the electronic whiz. They have girlfriends to help too---Frank's is Callie Shaw, the typical blonde who likes to follow Frank everywhere, and Joe's is Iola Morton, Chet's sister. (In other stories, Iola Morton was killed in a car explosion, and Vanessa Bender becomes Joe's girlfriend.) Laura Hardy, the boys' mother is always concerned about her sons, while their Aunt Gertrude (Fenton's sister) always has something likely to say about them though she's actually caring too. (By the way, she's the best cook in town!) I've written some fanfictions of the Hardy Boys, which can be found in Moonstar's Hardy Boys Fan Fiction site under the nickname "AA Girls". Here enters the legendary Big Foot... Back Into The Past (IN PROGRESS)- Frank Hardy of the future goes back in time to change history forever by saving his long lost brother from the death he was meant to have. Will he succeed it? Christmas Crisis (IN PROGRESS)- A crossover of the Hardy boys and Hot Shot Reporter, Dave Arson and his friends. Dave is off to New York for a big article, but trouble lies ahead.
