The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints: My Point of View
Hi. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and I'm here to testify that this church is true.

First of all, here's something for you to ponder about:
If I would give you a book that contains the actual account of the visit of the Lord Jesus Christ to America, would you read it? If you ask what book that is, it's called the Book of Mormon, which is another true testament of Jesus Christ.

Some of you might hear rumors about our church--either bad or good.
Maybe something that says we are trying to cheat others? Well, how would you know we're are bad? You just heard it from others. Maybe they're inventing it so you would not go and see us. What about other churches? They only have the Bible, which I will say, contains some false statements done by wicked people long ago.

Okay, now you might think:
What right does this girl have to say all these?! Who does she think she is anyway?! Who is she?! I'm Angie, member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Sibu Branch of Malaysia, 15 years old. I've being going to church since I was 7 with my family. In these many years, I've many interesting things that help me understand and bring me closer to Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. This gives me a desire to start a little missionary work. I'm merely trying to help bring more people to understand the plan that God has done for us and what He expects from us. I'm also hoping to help everyone prepare for Jesus Christ's Second Coming--the time when only good is upon the Earth.

Here's a few things I would just like to mention on this page. First of all, I'll start with the story of Adam and Eve--something I've just recently learned.

You must know Adam and Eve, the first persons on Earth.
Adam and Eve were previously staying in the Garden of Eden, with no worries or pain. They were free to eat any fruit in the garden, except one kind: the fruit of knowledge of good and evil. But Eve was tempted by Satan who spoke with the mouth of a serpent, and she partook the fruit. Adam saw her and partook it too. After partaking the fruit, they began to have knowledge. Heavenly Father cast them out of the Garden of Eden because they partook the fruit, and therefore, they had to leave and suffer pain and death here on Earth. Now, I know most of you blame Adam's transgression for mankind's sin and suffer here. But think about it: if Adam and Eve weren't cast out of the Garden, would we be here? This is actually part of God's plan that Satan hadn't known about before. After they were cast out, they were able to prosper and create the community that we have now.

Why do we have to come here, that's the biggest question. They say that it's to test our faith in God. It's also for us to learn and gain experience in our life so that we will know what to do. God has given us the free agency to do anything we want. Many things happen according to our choices. If your choice is good, you have good result. If not, you won't. There are also other things which aren't our choices too, like sickness and accidents. These are all part of what God wants us to know and learn, that we should be strong and have faith.

Here is something good I learned not long ago. Ever wonder why we came NOW, and not LONG AGO, why God leave us till now to let us come to Earth? Before we came, Heavenly Father has looked at us, and knows that we are strong and able to help ourselves in this complicated time.

This is all I can say for now. Please follow the links on the right to learn more. If you have anymore questions, you can fill out
this form. Thank you.

"As man now is, God once was:                  = God was once like man,
As God now is, man may be."                         and we may be like God.
