10/9/2008: It looks as though the Rising Hour debut will see the light of day after all, yet it will not quite be the same. I have started up a new secular black metal project called "Cult of Suffering", and plans are set to release the debut on Grim Nocturnal Records in a couple months. The new project is not religious in any way (nor is it satanic), so all proselytizing propaganda comments will be deleted. If you have any questions about Cult of Suffering, just send me an email. If you've enjoyed the music of Rising Hour, you will probably enjoy Cult of Suffering even more, especially since there is a live drummer used for the first time in my music. 7/19/2008: I regret to announce that Rising Hour has ended and the debut will unfortunately not be released. This comes as the result of changes in my beliefs, as well as time constraints and other music projects taking my focus. There's a still a handful of copies of the EP left, now going for just $5 + shipping. 1/4/2008: The "Into the Great Unknown" EP is officially now available for order in two different formats. You can order the regular EP for $12 in the US ($18 for the rest of the world) through my new label's website www.e3recordings.com. 11/24/2007: A couple new exciting announcements. Rising Hour is now on the G.E.S. / E.E.E. record label, and a new 5-track EP is scheduled for release by Dec 18th. This will be the first professionally done printing of any Rising Hour material, and only a few dozen copies will be made, so make sure you save up for "Into the Great Unknown" when it is released on Dec 18th! I will also be autographing copies for the first 20 people who request them. They will cost a small bit extra, and there will be more on that later.
7/4/2007: Things are at last wrapping up for the debut. Only a few select vocals remain to be recorded and then it will be mixed, mastered and offered up to record labels, since the Son of Man label is no more. There is a rough mix of the first track of the album available on the MySpace site. Hopefully it will not be too much longer before Sovereign is ready for release.
10/15/2006: Work on the debut is proceeding ever so slowly. Reports from my guest drummer indicate that 5 out of the 7 tracks are finished, but the studio seems to be giving him trouble about getting in to finish the last two songs. After the drums are completely recorded there are still bass and vocal tracks left to do too, so please keep this in your prayers. There have been countless delays and I've been waiting to finalize this for over a year now, but rest assured that this will all be worth the wait once it is released.
