The RiseOut Newsletter is an experiment everybody can take part in. It is meant to be a kind of interactive forum for creative people all over the world. It started in summer 99 with a small membership of 10 people and is now steadily growing.

The basic idea of RiseOut is that EVERYONE can send in creative, informative or political texts, essays, poems, stories, comments, opinions or whatever, which will be published in the next edition of the (irregularily appearing) newsletter for all the others to read. You can also participate passively, as a reader.

There is no commercial aspect in this. It's just some sort of fun.
