Presumably the MARY, wife of JOHN, who died 19/01/1876 & buried @ Lower Bodham. JOHN was a widower by 1881 census. John employed 6 men & 2 boys according to 1881 census. According to White's Directory of 1883 JOHN RISEBOROUGH & SON were blacksmiths, ironfounders, machinists & implement makers @ Bodham & Weybourne. By 1891 his brother JAMES, b. abt 1815 @ Holt, was living with him. JOHN & MARY'S issue: JOHN RISEBOROUGH b. abt 1842 @ Bodham , d. 20/08/1911. Buried @ Lower Bodham. Blacksmith with his father, see above. Wife SUSAN, b. abt 1841 @ Langham, d. 28/02/1911 buried @ Lower Bodham. Dressmaker. Ref: BOD/1 EMMA RISEBOROUGH b. abt 1848 @ Bodham ALFRED RISEBOROUGH b. abt 1850-53 @ Bodham. An engine smith & blacksmith. No mention of a wife. Still single & a farmer by 1901 census ANNA RISEBOROUGH b. abt 1854 @ Bodham. Unmar' and housekeeper.
