My name is Kelly and Can't Hardly Wait is my favorite movie and I believe to be one of the best movies ever made. I mean some may say the plot is weak but the character personalities, music, and storyline is so cute. Here is a short senapse of the film.... Preston (the main character) has had a crush on Amanda since the beginning of high school while she has been dating "the most dope guy in school," Mike Dexter. Preston's friend, Denise, has tried to keep him grounded but Preston continued to fantasize about her and wrote, for Amanda, the ultimate letter expressing how he truly felt for her. The day of graduation, Mike dumps Amanda. There is a huge party this day and all of the high school is in attendance. Preston deceides that this is the day he is going to give her the letter and "make his move." There are several bumps along the way and a few sub-plots that got thrown in the mix to make for an interesting storyline.
