Payment information:
A deposit of 50% must be received within 7 days of date reservation is made. The
balance including tax is due 14 days before you arrive and the security deposit of $200.00 is due upon arrival. NOTE:
Please no pets on premises or smoking indoors as this will automatically forfeit
your security deposit. I wish we could allow this but, it prevents us from renting
to a large number of people with allergies.
Cancellation Policy:
A refund will gladly be made IF the entire stay is re-rented. If it is not re-rented
during the time we reserved for you, your deposit is not returned!!
Arrival and Departure:
Check in is 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Check out is 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays. This is for the
summer and fall months when the house is only rented by the week. The unit will
be $1100.00 per week during these months. If you provide your own towels and linens, as well as clean the unit before checkout $100 besides your security deposit will be returned.
During the winter months there will be a two night minimum. The two nights will
be $200.00.
