The Cobra Rank & File

Just as with the vehicles, Cobra's system of Vipers is one of the more unique aspects of the
G.I. Joe line. Also like the vehicles, the Vipers used in our stories are somewhat different than
those that were originally created in order to reflect the levels of realism in our stories.
Because of this we have taken the time to create a chart of the visual differences, training,
equipment and rank structure for the Vipers within our stories.

Support Personnel
Soldiers
Vehicle Operators
Special Forcers
Crimson Guard
Officers

Support Personnel
These are various unskilled non-combat roles within a military organization. Within Cobra these positions are the lowest within the rank structure; as individuals within this category are not even given a rank. They are not trained for combat and quite often are the product of recruits that fail combat training or are taken off of combat status due to injury or displinary action.

Ranks: N/A
Leader Rank: N/A

Included Personnel:
Janitorial personnel
Unskilled workers
