The goal of the event is to....(...)...Whilst the
bands at Ladyfest are primarily female-fronted, a
large number of them include male members. While
the main aim of Ladyfest is to represent talents
of women, we do not believe in making this a
“girls-only” event and to exclude men. Ladyfest
is a medium where ideas can be discussed, where
the first step towards change can be made and we
do not feel that we can be successful in following
these goals and achieving change in society and
the media, if we exclude men. (incl. Mp3 about
