Q. What type of Record will I receive when I submit a Record Request Form?
A. You will receive an Email notifying you that a record has been found. We will inform you on the type or types of records found.
Q. How do I receive my record?
A. You have the option to receive a physical copy or a digitally Emailed copy of the original record, which you will then print out on your computer.
Q. What are the prices for records?
A. Census $20.00, Passenger $25.00, Passport $25.00, Military $15.00, Pictures $25.00, You will receive an email with prices for all other records found.
Q. Where do I find the request form?
A. Email us and ask for a "Request Search Form" we will gladly provide it via Email to you.
Once you have completed the form you will then Email the form back to us and the FREE search will begin.
Q. Will the Record be clear and simple to read?
A. This all depends on the type of record found, its age, state of preservation and the quality of the handwriting. You will be notified as to the condition of the record found for your ancestor.
***Most records are legible and well preserved***
Q. How is payment made and what type of payment is accepted?
A. Once you have decided to purchase a record you will send a Money Order to our address. When we receive payment your record will be promptly on its way to you via Email.
