Phils full name if you didnt know is Phil Phleira Deed But everyone just calls her phil. She is I believe 16, and is the partner to Rioroute Vilgyna a.k.a Rio ^_^. She is also the repairer to the goddess Agui-Keameia. She has brown hair and dark green eyes and wears her hair in a ponytail with a big yellow bow. Phil and Rio have a good relationship. Even though she argues and bickers at Rio all the time she really does care about him. Its just that she never seems to show it. Like when Rio got his arm injured and she caught up with him she yelled at him for totalling Agui-Keameia but when she was alone she cried about it (awww...) But not only is Phil a caring and nice person but boy does she know how to cook ^_^! Because everywhere she goes Rio is sure to follow her asking where his dinner is or if theyre about to go in a victim battle he tells her that hes hungry and phil right when he comes back is sure to have dinner for him ^_^
