Well, some other folks got their pictures developed and I scanned some of those pictures. I also added a copy of the big group picture that we took towards the end of the trip. A couple of pictures of the FINGER OF GOD near Guapimirim
Finally, a quick story. Jim made a visit on Monday night and the couple made a decision. According to my notes, they are Fernando and Patricia.
They showed up at the 'cell' group meeting at Roseangela's house on Tuesday night. I didn't know that they had made a decision on Monday night, nor did I learn their names at this time.
Patricia showed up at a visit that I had on Wednesday night - she may have had something to do with the scheduling of the visit.
So, this couple was active - doing things on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night. I did a follow-up with them on Saturday afternoon and discovered that they had gone to the follow-up seminar that Jim did on Thursday night at the church. They also showed the Jesus film on Friday night at the church - I suspect (but do not know for sure) that they attended that film. Here is the picture from Saturday's follow-up visit.
Also, at the follow-up visit, they told us that they had expected us to show up on Friday at their house - they had a group of folks and they were ready to hear the presentation. This couple seems to have found something and want to share it with those around them. At the follow-up, Fernando said that he needed a job. Please remember to pray for them.
