Looking up from his Arithmancy notes as Oliver walked into the room, Percy couldn't help but smile a little at the rather haggard appearance of his yearmate. Oliver, oblivious to Percy's humor was muttering under his breath and covered in mud. The rain had been nonstop for four days now, turning the school grounds into a giant mud hole.
"Something happen at practice Ol," Percy asked, smiling slightly. Oliver glared at him and muttered something about his broom trying to crap out on him. Frowning slightly, Percy stood up and walked toward him as Oliver flung his cape over his shoulder, almost hitting Percy in the process, and landing directly on top of his notes. "Hey, watch where you put that thing!"
Oliver jumped at the harsh tone in Percy's voice. Turning to look at him, he blushed when he saw Percy pick up his cape and hang it by the door. "Sorry Perce didn't think. Damn broom!" Oliver tossed the aforementioned broom onto the floor by the wall and stormed toward his bed, stripping clothes as he went, littering the floor with them.
Percy sighed and put down his notes, they would have to be written again, and this time protected with a water repelling charm. Walking behind Oliver, he began to pick up his clothes and drape them over his arm, shivering as the cold water ran out of them and down his arm. "Ol, why don't you go take a shower. I'll take a look at your "
Stopping where he was, he watched as Oliver stripped off the last of his clothes and turned quickly, almost knocking him down. "Perce! Sorry!" Reaching out quickly, Oliver grabbed his clothes and tossed them into a damp pile in front of his armoire. "I'll take them down to the laundry later. I need a shower."
Nodding as he stood there staring at Oliver's chest smooth, sculpted chest "Oh, of course. I'll just take a look at your broom. See what I can do with it." Turning away rapidly as he felt the heat of a blush cover his face, he didn't see Oliver smile slightly as he walked into the showers.
Sitting down on Oliver's bed, Percy laid the broom across his lap and began to study it. "Aha, here it is. I just need to up the "
"Hey! Perce? I forgot a towel, can you bring me one?" Oliver called out loudly to be heard over the sound of they running water.
"Yes, just a moment," Percy called back. Putting the broom down with a sigh, he grabbed a towel and walked into the bathroom as Oliver was rinsing himself off. Stopping for a moment, he watched as Oliver rinsed the soap from his chest, his eyes closed as the hot water ran over his head.
"Perce! Did you hear me?" Oliver's eyes were still closed as he called for him, not realizing he was being watched.
Walking toward him, Percy said nothing, only shedding his robe as he walked and stepping up behind him as Oliver turned to face the wall, rubbing his hands across his shoulders, still rinsing off. "Here, you missed a spot."
Spinning around, Oliver's eyes widened as he came face to face with a very naked Percy. "Um did you bring a towel?" Looking down, he noticed the now soaked towel in Percy's hand.
"Well, I guess we'll just have to dry each other off," Percy said, his eyes never leaving Oliver. Reaching around him, he grabbed the soap and began to rub it between his hands and then reaching for Oliver.
Not sure what he should do, Oliver stood there and sighed as Percy's hands began to rub soap into his skin, reveling in his touch. "Percy, what are we doing?"
"Right now, taking a shower," Percy said mildly. Looking up from his task, he grinned at Oliver. "But, who knows what we might do later."
Leaning in to kiss him, Oliver stopped just long enough to whisper in his ear. "It took you long enough to join me."
