Quests
There are things called Quests on neopets, where you go and get an item for someone, and if you complete it, you usually get an item or two. Faerie Quests are usually random, and if you get one, you can't use the Shop Wizard anymore, so I suggest you finish or quit the Faerie Quest before you do any of the other Quests. To quit a Faerie Quest, Go to "World" on the left-hand side of your screen, and at the top, click on "Faerie Quests". Most Quests have a time limit, but you can still use the Shop Wizard during any Quest other than the Faerie Quests. For most of the quests, if you don't finish them within the time limit, nothing happens. Except the quest giver might get a little mad at you. Here are some of the Quests you can accept at various parts of the Neopian World:
The Brain Tree-This quest is a little different than other quests, because you don't get items for him, you get information.
The Witch's Tower-This is just like an ordinary quest, but her prizes aren't really good, so I wouldn't do this quest.
The Esophagor-This is also like an ordinary quest, but he always asks for food.
The Kitchen Quests-This is another ordinary one, and he also asks for food, usually.
The Snow Faerie's Quest-This is not like a normal faerie quest, it is actually like a regular quest.
Jhudora's Cloud-On this quest, you get a lot less time than on the other ones; you only get around 15 min. This quest is also a game. For each quest you complete, you raise your level. But if you fail a quest, you have to start all over. Her prizes aren't very good, and sometimes she doesn't even give you a prize. She doesn't like Illusen, so if you're doing one of Illusen's quests, then you can't do Jhudora's quests.
Illusen's Glade-This is just like Jhudora's Cloud, except Illusen is a good faerie. And she doesn't like Jhudora, so if you're doing Jhudora's quests, then Illusen won't let you do her quests.
The fastest way to find the items you need at the best prices is to visit the
Shop Wizard.
Or you can go to the
Trading Post
to see if you can trade for an item. That usually takes a long time, though depending on the other person.
You could also try the
Auction House
to find your items. If you're looking for a specific item, then you can go to the
Auction Genie.
