Roy to try his hand at movies.

Colorado Avalanche
goalie, Patrick Roy, fresh off his Stanley Cup championship, will be
appearing in movie theatres across N. America this summer. Roy is
staring in a remake of the film "Dirty Harry" which originally
starred Clint Eastwood in the title role as a tough San Francisco
detective. Patrick Roy's version has a French-Canadian slant to it as
it is called "Dirty Henri" and Roy portrays a cop in
Quebec. "I play a guy who is fed up wit ze way ze legal
system work and he take da law in his own hand", Said Roy "He
eeze a good cop doh. Tough but fair."
Scott Baio co-stars in
the movie,
playing the corrupt police commissioner named Mario
Tremble "Oh, eee plays a real baz-tard" says
Roy, "Heeze character leave me out on ee stakeout way too
long....weet no support. Eat eeze like I am in shooting
gallery. But I get even weet heem".
The movie opens Friday
across North America and is rated "Roy".
