What are the RingWood Agreements?
The RingWood Agreements are a set of guides formulated by the members. They ensure that everyone willing to become part of the community knows the ethos and intentional structure of RingWood - and provides security of mind and tenure; freedom with responsibility. Designed to guide a community in a near-pristine, wildlife-rich environment, this charter helps guide and bind the community and the land through time, enhancing and maintaining the diversity of ecosystem and human culture. By reading, understanding and signing these agreements, guests may become residents and members with the confidence of the community. The RingWood Charter of Agreements is an example of people guiding and protecting the land - and each other - through mutual agreement.
As the future is 'written on water', these agreements are designed to evolve; feel free to adapt your own charter considering the appropriateness of our agreements to your own situation.
