You might also be in doubt as to which tone is in which format at the tones page. Well.. the tones which do not have any alphabet in them are in Nokia Keypress format. People with Nokia phones having composer have to directly key in those buttons in the composer.
The tones which have alphabets in them AND also have commas (,) are in Nokia RTTTL format.
The tones which have alphabets in then AND NOT have commas (,) are in Nokia Composer format
