about the film The Lord of the Rings : The Fellowship of the Ring
Many Japanese watched the film with Japanese subtitles.
Then what people thought about the film were so different according to English hearing ability ....

"The Lord of the Rings:Fellowship of the Ring" had been changed to "Lord of the Ring (w/o part 1 of 3 or FotR)"
Many Japanese haven't read (or didn't know) the original great novel.
So they thought FotR is complete movie, not serial.
Then at the ending of the film, they confused and angried, 'The story had cutten suddenly!'
Oh, dear!

Please have a look more then if you feel sorry for Japanese fans, please sign ! This petition was going to close in June, but you can sign still. Everybody makes mistakes...I want the Japanese distributer correct sutitles .But they seem to ignore fan's voice at the present. |
