they have a ring around there neck and the males neck ring extends down at about 4 yrs old. if u have any ring neck pictures email them to me and i will put them on my site. ring necks have an incabation period of anything between 20 and 28 days, they averagely lay 4 eggs somtimes u get more or less. depending wat colour ring necks u have is wat colour chicks u will get when the hen bird is in the box dont look at the chicks because if they havent hatched the mother will panic and get out of the box quickly witch may turn the eggs over and drown the chicks or if they have hatched she will accidently trample them when the chicks hatch there eyes are covered over u can also mix up a special chick food made of digestive and egg yellow and mix with a little dash of warm water that helps with there groth and they absolutley love to eat it
