Posesses her father's incredible skills of buisness skills and accounting, but being a female in 18th century europe had little chance to partake in the buisness world. An enterprizing Ventrue anchilla took knowtice of her skill and ghouled her to maintain his accounts and books. She was embraced when her master became one of the most profitable vampires on the island. She spent the next century suffering under her possessive sire, had not the Toreador Anthony, spoted he and bought her from her sire. Anthony brought her to the new world to work for him. She worked closely with Richard during the war of 1812, maintaining the budget and keeping supplies coming in. She showed quite a skill at war profiteering, providing Anthony with ample funds to rebuild the city after the war was over. She made sure the the Ventrue were deeply invested in the city's buiseness district from the begining. Recently she has been working with new corperations bringing more big buisness to the Dulles coridaor and has been instramental in many realistate transactions. Scince Anthony's death, Victoria has been trying to expand Ventrue control into the government. She has also become the 'sugar momma' to Michael Hatch, who's funding had been lost when his master had died.
