Came to DC as it was begining it's industrialzation migrated from Czechoslovakia. Ghouled by a passionate brujah anarch, who unsuccessfully attemped to unionize the dock workers. the Ghoul Vaclav' succeded where his master had failed, and his master rewarded him with the embrace. Vaclave' pawned the success off to another mortal, and went to the black market, growing his power there and in organzed crime. he was appointed Primogen, after his heroic effort by capturing a sabbat relocation ship, containing 3 Sabbat vampires in transport from the old world to america. After capturing the ship, he had the 3 bodies staked and delivered to the prince. Plotter/Sceamer/Good fellow. he beleives in the camarilla, enjoys messing with any sabbot who comes into the city. prim weakness, over confidence. Acknowledges Tremere/Ventrue power hold on the city, but beleives his superiority in numbers and position keeps him safe from their touch.
