Another veteran of the 1812 war, was a forward scout/intelegence officer in the war. master of animalism. he would use his animals, rats, bats and wolves, to scoure the city and country side to find the sabbat and their forces. he found the key knowledge that located the sabbat bishop of DC, and located the hide outs of many more of the sabbat in the city. scince the overtaking of the city, he has been instramental in the subteranian development of the city, begining with sewers back in the 1800, and beginging in the 1950's with his control over the subway construction. the subway was the creation of the ventrue, but it was Miguels apporach of controling it that has kept it under his sway. and scince the subways, powertunnells and the like have all been considered part of his dmoain.
