Sheriff: Lt. David Biggs.
Although he has only been a vampire for less then 50 years, he has quickly risen to the cream of DC's Crop. for 30 years after his embrase, he traveled the US, he seemed to be a like metal to a magnet in his skill in track and desposing of werewolf's. Recently, the prince of DC contacted him about a job, DC's western boarders have been having some problems with werewolves, it seems that some of them had managed to slip into the city and were wreaking a bit of havoc. Biggs came in to clean up the problem, true, he left behind some messes that were later refered to as gang turf wars and an excaped gorrila from the Washington Zoo. But his quick resolution of the problems earned him much favor in the City, the Prince appointed him as the Gangrel Primogen, he spends much of his time either keeping a look out on the western side of the city, or down at the Vietnam Memorial, paying homage to his fallen war buddies. He doesn't spend much time mingiling with the public, rather he enjoys his solitude. His appearance is well traveled, a perpetually dusty canvas duster, a pair of jeans, leather boots, and an assorment of half stained long sleve t-shirts and flannels. He usually sticks to longsleve shirts as his body is extremely hairy. During the warmer months he travels on a back honda v-max, but like him, the bike appears to have it's fair shair of scars. The rest of the year, he usually rolls arround in a Jeep CJ, an older early 70's model, but all in all in pretty good condition, it was a gift from the Prince from when he finished the first clean up. For weapons, he carries a DE .50 pistol, and for when the targets get to be a bit furrier, he keeps a shotgun loaded with silver slugs in his saddle bags. He also caries an large dagger that holds a silver edge. His occult knowledge of Werewolves is extremely indepth, but he's had some time, to see, to kill, and to almost be killed by them, and he has learned alot. he has a small coterie of vampires that follow him, 2 other gengrels and a brujah, he usually tells them to bug off, or just broadly 'go watch the new developments in Dulles.'
