Ibearian Scholar, exceptionally bright, was like so many other neonates, in the new centers of learning, in the new world. In the war of 1812, it was his efforts that kept the english from burning the libraries and patton office. For his efforts, he was rewarded with the position of primogen. Although after the war, he became more and more secluded in his libraries, only rairily speaking with Gustoph Kline. As his street power was weakening, and the upcoming Vaclave's abilty to control situations, his place on the council was replace. Although some would take this demotion hard, Antonio welcomed it as it gave him more time to further his studies.
