Sweet Secrets
Sweet Secrets are little people disguised as gems and other objects. There were several different varieties including transforming clip-on charms, large fabric purses, and Locket-bye-Babies. They were the "girl" version of transformers.
Italics indicate doll's name when known. It seems that the only way to identify them is by their heads. Their "body" colors and gem shapes can vary. The animals seem to have fewer (if any) variations. All the ones I've found are made in Japan, except for a few Macau ones that have appeared.
I'm not sure, but I think the early individuals all came with an elastic wristband, a hairclip, and a necklace with an attachment so that you could have several options on how to wear them,

'88 Turquoise trapezoid with pink, purple and gold design. Has what looks like a yellow necklace (missing two "beads", plus it looks like there's a piece missing on the front. = Girl with lavender ponytails.
