2003 --- The 3rd coming....
Hasbro has revamped the pony line again
These ponies look much more like the original series and replace the Friendship Garden version (These died out after about a year in the U.S., and lasted 'til around 2000 in Europe. In Belgium and France they continued until this version was released) Release date was summer 2003 for the toys with other merchandise arriving in the fall.
I like this series a lot, but the originals will always be my first love. :)
