I discovered that Hasbro has some factory instructions available on its website. Instructions printed from the site are indicated as copies. The site is listed in Ships Log and Treasure Hunt.

This one is from my original collection. I don't have the box, but I believe I have all the accessories including this story sheet. I also recently discovered the instruction sheet for set-up of the parlor.

There is a slight variation with this set. The box shows a yellow ballet bar and pink ballet box, but the one inside is the other way around.

I had to add a few other things to complete the set, but it did come with the elusive tiara and even a Cuddles sticker!
