Card Game
This was one of my favorite possessions when I was little.
The game was made in '85 by Warren and features ponies from Year 3. There are 36 cards total (4 each of 9 designs). There are 2 game rules included (I think I usually just played Go-Fish with them). The games are for 2 or more players between 4 and 8 years old. The cards themselves are a little bigger than regular playing cards.

My Little Pony Truth Game
OBJECT:
To be the first to get rid of all your My Little Pony cards.
HOW TO PLAY:
The dealer passes the
cards around evenly, using the full deck. Any
extra cards are put in the middle of the table facedown. Each player looks at
their cards. Play proceeds
clockwise from the dealer's left. If
you are that player you begin by placing one, two, three or four cards from your
hand facedown on the table and say,
"I am playing one (two, three or four) of the number "1" Surprise
and Baby Surprise cards." You
may or may not be telling the truth. After
you put the cards down one of your opponents may say "I doubt it"
about the cards you played. When an
opponent says this you must turn over the cards you played to show what they
are. If you told the truth, your
opponent must take all of the cards on
the table. If you did not tell the
truth, then you must take back your cards and all
of the other cards on the table that have been played.
The next player then plays from one to four of his or her cards on the
table facedown and says, "I am
playing one (two, three or four) of the number "2" Heart Throb
cards," and so on up to the number "9" Megan and Sundance card.
A player must play at least one card on their turn whether they have the
correct numbered card or not. The
first player to get rid of all their cards wins the game.
#2
My Little Pony Round Up
OBJECT:
To win all the cards.
HOW TO PLAY:
Each player is dealt the
same number of cards into a facedown pile.
Any extra cards are put in the middle of the table.
The winner of the first hand wins the extra cards.
Without looking at their facedown piles each player turns over the
top card of his or her pile. The
player who turns over the highest card (1 is low, 9 is high) takes all face-up
cards, including the extra cards left over from the deal, and places them
facedown on the bottom of their pile. If
there is a tie for the highest card, those players turn over their next top
card. The player who turns over the
highest numbered card takes all
face-up cards and puts them facedown at the bottom of their pile. When a player runs out of cards, they're out of the game.
The game continues until one player wins all of the cards.
