| (Written 9.19.2003) After blowing a shock at the SCCA National Championships in Topeka Kansas I sent the front coilovers to Endless USA to be repaired. Paying extra for overnight shipping, I shipped the shocks Monday afternoon and had them back in my hands Friday morning the same week. Very fast service. It turned out that the reason one of the shocks started leaking oil was that due to a strong impact that crushed the upper ring nut which caused the shock to leak oil. |

| (Written 1.3.2003) I have been using Zeal Function B6 coilovers for the past 15 months and Endless NA-S brake pads for the past 9 months. There have been no problems with any of their products or customer service. I have yet to drive a car that I felt had a superior coilover then Zeal. Recently I removed the rear coilovers and return them to Endless USA to have 12kg/mm springs put in place of the curent 6kg/mm as well as to have the shocks re-valved to match the new spring rates. I shipped the springs to Endless USA on December 8th. One week later I get an email informing me that they are out of shims that need to be replaced but more are being air freighted from Japan. A few update emails arrive now and then and on January 3rd my newly re-valved shocks arrive at my door. Door-to-door-to-door in 27 days with a delay. Great job. Without the shim delay I could of had my shocks back in a week. The cost to service the shocks was $100.00 per corner. I would like to give a big thanks to Kent Chen from Endless USA for providing such great customer service. |
