These are some fairly recent pictures. I'll try to mark the approximate date. Give a little bit of an idea of when they were taken.
These is Myrena and I at the Berea ACE League "Coming Out Dance." The club holds one every year during Coming Out Week (in October), and is usually the best party the entire year. This was 2004.
They have drag shows, and all sorts of fun entertainment provided. Plus, gay men really know how to cook, which makes for a very pleased Erin. Food is my friend, even if I can't gain weight from vast consumption in order to look healthier (or at least have some cushioning on my butt so it doesn't hurt when I sit down).
This was at an after party at the Berea 2004 CTK, which is a conference held every year in Kentucky at a different college every year. Berea was the host this year, and I was even a guest speaker, doing a workshop on Gay Jews (nobody showed b/c it was too damn early to get into it, and the workshop was pitted against "History of Gays"...much more interesting. So...I just took a nap for an hour, got some extra rest. This party, though...it was a major kegger. Nobody parties like a bunch of gay people!! I think that everybody was topless at some point. I have the pictures to prove it!
Here's one of the many times I coaxed Daisy (the ultimate dog) into picking on my roommate, who I believe could sleep through anything...even Daisy jumping all over him, and me playing with her. I got tipsy one night, and tripped over his shoes that were in the middle of the floor. I was down there, cracking up loudly for a good half hour, and he still didn't budge. He swears that his shoes were by his bed. He's probably right!
A picture of Myrena at work. We worked at the local Dairy Queen for a while, and then practically our entire crew went literally crazy from the overworking. We were all students, and the managers kept giving us too many hours. None of us were assertive enough to just say no, so we all ended up having mental breakdowns. Fun times!
Who's the best dog in the whole wide world?
Daisy, Daisy!
Who's the dog that is my girl?
D-A-I-S-Y!
Going to bark all night, going to run all day.
I bet my money on a nub-tailed dog,
Somebody bet on my Dais.

This is Rocky the Wonder Dog! He's Jason's parents', and we sometimes babysit him when they're gone!
This is my seester! She is SOOOOO my seester. She came to stay with me in Morehead on her 17th birthday back on July 6th of last year (2004). This is parts of my room before I rearranged things, and got my huge double bed, too. Things are much different now. She's also a blonde, actually...she'd dyed her hair brown for some reason.
This is a horrible picture of us. We were too tired to care what we looked like on this particular Thanksgiving weekend. This is actually in Maysville...I went in for the holiday weekend. We opted for the more butch approach to things, and threw on whatever was clean and loose. The little girl is our cousin Paigey, who is awesome!!!!
I had to put this up b/c it's funny as hell!! It's from the family reunion down in the holler (forgive me, I was born and raised in KY) back in 2001. A lot of changes have been made to the family. For instance, none of us look the same at all. We all grew up, and I had just graduated from high school. Now, I'm getting ready to graduate college. My how times flies by...
