always do page-up/page-down with 5way-up/down key, until you unlock
the file (exit Read-Only-Mode).

About PalmDoc format:

- In SaveAs dialog, the pull-down menu on the top right conner determined
  which format are you using for current file to save.

  text   -> text file
  pdb    -> palmdoc file (uncompressed)
  pdb(c) -> palmdoc file (compressed)

- CardTXT does not support to save palmdoc file in compressed format
  on OS4 devices because it will be very very slow, the compressing-
  algorithm of palmdoc is not fit for low level cpu.

- Be aware that it may be take you several-minutes to save a large file
  in compressed-palmdoc-format.

- This version (0.50a) does not support to add/edit bookmark of
  PalmDoc files, later version will support these features.

- Current version of CardTXT can only open palmdoc files on the flash
  card(s), not the main memory.
