Hi! My name is Rachel. I'm a party hardy college student at Penn State Altoona. It's the most wonderful school. I will miss it next semester as I take a leave of absence or a needed vacation. But Ne way. I hope you all enjoy this site. I was studyin for my web design final and got bored so I decided to make a website. Why Riley I'm not sure. Maybe cuz he's this awesome person that needs more attention. I wanted to make one a while ago, but just got distracted by other things.
