I know only what Ayiesha has told me about her ancestry and family.
For example she referred to her parents as �Father�, �Mother�, �Momma� and �Daddy� so I have no idea as to their first names.
She never told me the family names of her Arab ancestors. I believe that she has at least two uncles on her Arab side, plus another uncle or aunt and possibly more.
Her father had a total of seven siblings but Ruth is the only one whose name she mentioned.
I suspect that her Papay was a widower but it is possible that he is divorced. I think the former is more likely as William Vilmer is Clan head and not his wife. Regardless, she never mentioned her paternal grandmother�s name.
Finally, Drakonians are matrilineal in that they take their mother�s family name instead of their fathers as is common in America and Europe. I have no idea of why she and her brothers took their fathers� mothers� name instead of their mother�s name. By rights she should belong to the �Arab" Clan and not the Penaut Clan. Perhaps the Arabs could not tolorate the Weir Sexuality which oppossed their ideas of what a decent woman should be and so disowned them? Perhaps they disowned their daughter when she married Ayiesha's father who was, technically a jew? If so then William would have adopted them into his clan.
The first generation at the top of the list are all Earth-born Humans. The second Generation in the middle of the tree are all Gaean-born Humans. I believe that Ruths� husband is also Gaean-born human as all of Ruths� children are Weir. Had he been Earth-Born only half her children would be Weir and had he been Weir, he would have had a whore living with them to help care for his sexual needs and assist in the child rearing. But then, where were Ruth�s other children? With the father or the contract-whore?
All the children on the lower level of the Tree are Weir.
