Pedagogic Design...

 



In considering the pedagogic design. The first question to be asked is that which age group is this on line educational resource is aiming at? In the design it is well known that the complexity of the learning package should be reduced as far as possible knowing it is for kids who are just getting use to using computers. The packages that will be used in building the learning package include JavaScript, Microsoft word, dreamveaver and director 8. Examples of activities that kids will have to go through include worked examples and quizzes.


On starting with the main page of the learning package, pictures from the Disney animated classic lion king will be s included. This is to make the kids feel welcome and assure them this is a page they can use and basically when kids log on they will be attracted to the pictures and eager to know what the page is all about. Another part of the pedagogic design is giving the kids instant feedback on the quiz and answer page. When they answer questions they are giving a feedback whether their answers are right or wrong. It is assumed that a tutor will be at hand to help the kids during the use of this learning package.
