Policy
Ok...this is why on the image section many of the images can’t be saved: I am a stubborn, prideful, and cynical person! I searched dozens of dozens of websites to find each and every single picture that is there. I have twelve anime/colored pictures of a minor character; and damn proud of it! It’s pretty boring going into sites and looking through their galleries (or waiting for those thumbnails to download, which take a l-o-n-g time!) and seeing if they have any Rika pictures. I didn’t steal any pictures from sites that had a policy on their pictures…I also can't name all the sites I used. The ones I have under a disabled-right click and the pictures that took me the longest to find or I like them too much to allow someone else to take. If you find a picture that is not under the no-right click html and want to use it, don't worry, not like you would in the first place ^^, about linking back. They aren't mine and it would be terribly wrong of me to do that. You can use all the images that you can get your hands on here worry-free. (Now I know thus contradicts what I said above but don’t ask questions. If you really need something, e-mail me)

I wrote and are still writing fanfics especially for this site. Since not many people are going to write about Rika in a fic I am willing to do some of my own. But I’m not a regular fanfic author; I don’t consider my writings really good. (I’d be embarrassed if someone posted it on their site for others to see)

Credits
Even though I don't like to share and many people hate my image policy, I absolutely hate it when people steal things or don’t give people general courtesy. So here’s my list of credits...:
GRU Sarabeth owns GRU and she made me my layout! (For v.1 Snow White) Sarabeth is such a wonderful person. She runs the graphic site and takes requests even.
Geocities- yeah… even though I don’t like the pop up ads (damn them) Geocities has always been steadfast and doesn’t loose your information or close down.
Signmyguestbook- That’s the place where I got my guest book; and I love it! I swear, it usually takes me forever to find a place and type that I like. I recommend it to anyone.
Rhea’s Anime Goodie’s- Rhea made me three awesome link banners. She has this really good graphic site that has loads of graphic stuff.

Alright fans, time to face facts here. Rika did not actually write in the Rika Responds section. (wait for gasps to stop) Yes, I know it is wrong of me to do so, however, I have forged her name and written in her place. I did give CLAMP a ‘Cardcaptor Sakura © CLAMP’ on the splash page though. Rika is only a character of the television, she doesn’t exist in reality. Sorry to douse your beliefs. ^^

Can I take the pictures and fanfics? (All information above) If you can get your hands on the pictures yes, but the fics you need to e-mail me if you'd like to use them.
How often (are you ever) going to change the layout? This current version (v.1) I really like so I'm going to keep it for a while until the summer when I change it for a huge and major (somewhat secret) update. After that I may change the layout every three to six months.
Can I use this layout? ...no...
Will you make me my own graphics/layouts? I work on a graphic site so if you want something, go there.
